We needed a vehicle that we could flat tow behind our RV. We ordered one from here and when it came in it was not capable of being flat towed. Apparently it was missing a needed option that was not well known to be needed for flat towing. The dealership quickly ordered another one with the needed option and allowed us to drive the other one with dealer tags until the correct one came in. Very good customer care and service!

I have had my vehicles serviced at Auffenberg for years. I've seen the evolution of the service department into an experience. The drive in bays keep you out of the weather for check-in, the advisor area is pleasant and if you need to wait for your vehicle, the waiting area is comfortable. The Service Advisors provide an estimate of the repairs before the start of the work and they keep you informed if other issues are found. But the service you receive is dependable. The service techs know your vehicle and they keep your vehicle all Ford.
Ron and Dustin took care of me after being misinformed at Auffenberg Nissan service center. They got my car taken care of in a reasonable amount of time and clarified the the misinformation I was given.
All Good from drop off to pick up. Had a recall on Ford Flex and got an oil change while there.

I had been looking for a used car for about 4 months within a 200 mile radius befor buying from Auffenburg. From first the phone call to ask questions to the end of the buying process I knew this was the dealership I would buy from. I felt that (JR) Jay Cannady truly wanted to help and not just sell me a car. I live in Springfield IL and had lots of questions about the car I was looking at to make sure it was worth the drive. I had concerns that it may have been smoked in, condition of vehicle and how to get it home. I told JR I did not have a trade and be coming down by myself. JR told me not to worry that they could deliver or I could ride AmTrac and he would be glad to pick me up. When I seen the car it was as good as JR described and better. I could go on but will cut it short all of the employees I met treated me like family. Besides friendly professional caring employees they have quality vehicles at great prices. This is my dealership from now on.

Took our Escape in for routine “The Works” maintenance. In waiting room talking to Paul Frayer who was our salesman for the Escape in Dec 2013. He has another Auffenberg Title now. My wife was saying how she with an arthritic hip, has trouble a lot of time, as she tries to enter the driver’s seat.Plus, as I have leg problems and wear braces, she often has difficulty loading my Rollator Walker into the back of the Escape, due to the heavy lift up rear door. Paul said Ford now has a vehicle that would probably solve both problem areas. He introduced us to Salesman Thomas Chilton (JT). Result: Ann took a test drive in the new Ecosport, loved everything about it!!! I sat in it, all seemed great. Great treat trade in on the Escape, great customer satisfaction orientated salesman, great customer satisfaction orientated Finance (Jason Hall) paperwork. For at least 25 years we have purchased vehicles from Auffenberg Ford North in O’Fallon Illinois.
The sales rep spoke with me at length about my own needs for my next car and showed me a number of different cars on the lot. He did not make me feel pressured to buy, and made sure I was fully satisfied with the car before I bought it. If I still live in this area next time I need a car I will be returning.

We purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid to replace a 16yo 2000 Lincoln Towncar. Although my 4yo and 9yo boys cried and hugged/kissed the Lincoln good bye, my husband and I are thrilled with our purchase. The entire experience was smooth and seamless, from being greeted by Eric our salesman, finished up with the Assistant Manager TJ, and Shaun with Finance. Even salesman Dave and Allstate rep Kyle were awesome with our boys! Eric kept working to reach our right price. TJ helped set our door code, program all our electronics (sync phone and garage door opener), answered all our questions, and helped entertain our boys while we worked out all the paperwork with Shaun in finance. Shaun explained everything thoroughly and creatively worked out an affordable method for the extended warranty. All while salesman Dave popped popcorn for our boys and even gave them each a few quarters for being good while waiting.
